In this role, your responsibilities will include:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team and be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for Jet Aqua Private Limited. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Motivating, training, and managing the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for water purification products and solutions.
• Analyzing sales performance, identifying key trends, and implementing areas for improvement.
• Identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new customers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing key clients.
• Keeping abreast of changing market needs and competitor activities.
• Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to senior management.
• Ensuring the effective utilization of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
What we expect from you:
• At least 5-7 years of sales management experience, preferably with a proven track record in the water treatment, equipment, or a related industry.
• In-depth understanding of sales processes, customer service, and market development principles.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field).
• Working knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
