We are a sales-driven investment company focused on delivering financial and investment solutions. The Regional Head will be responsible for driving revenue across the assigned region, managing multiple teams, and ensuring business growth.
This role involves scaling sales operations, ensuring target achievement, and overseeing marketing alignment for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regional Revenue Ownership (Core Role)
Own and achieve regional revenue targets
Drive sales performance
Monitor conversion funnel: leads → meetings → closures
Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence
2. Team Leadership & Management
Manage the assigned team
Ensure proper team structure, productivity, and accountability
Conduct regular performance reviews and leadership meetings
Build a high-performance, target-driven culture
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement regional sales strategies
Ensure strong client acquisition and relationship management
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales metrics and closures
Improve conversion ratios and revenue efficiency
4. Hiring & Team Expansion
Work closely with HR for bulk hiring and team scaling
Ensure timely closure of positions across the region
Focus on retention, performance improvement, and training
5. Marketing & Lead Management
Align with marketing team for consistent lead generation
Monitor lead quality, campaign performance, and ROI
Optimize cost per lead and conversion rates
6. Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes
Handle escalations, conflicts, and key business decisions
Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards for management
Key Skills Required:
Strong regional sales management experience
Proven track record in target achievement and team handling
Experience in investment / financial services (preferred)
Leadership skills to manage multiple teams and functions
Strategic thinking and decision-making ability
Qualification:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
