About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive project success. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales, team leadership, and client relationship management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
Generate and manage qualified leads through various marketing channels.
Conduct client meetings, property tours, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales campaigns.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Provide training and mentorship to new sales executives to enhance team performance.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, buyer behavior, and sales funnels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
