Who You Are
You’re not just a closer — you're a market-savvy advisor who understands what drives investor decisions. With a strong track record in real estate sales, you’re looking to lead, scale, and create a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals.
Manage client relationships, understand investment needs, and present suitable property options.
Generate leads via networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and targeted outreach.
Guide clients through site visits, negotiations, and documentation.
Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives (if applicable).
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of proven real estate sales experience (preferably Noida/Greater Noida or Gurugram markets).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Confidence in pitching premium properties to investors and HNIs.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent at time management.
Bachelor's degree (Real estate/Business/Marketing background preferred).
