Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives for the Life Insurance sector. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining life insurance products, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.

• Explain life insurance products, policy benefits, features, and coverage.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

• Maintain customer databases and update call records.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for policy issuance.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of life insurance and sales will be an added advantage.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and achieving sales targets.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
