Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in franchise, logistics, or related industries.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
