Role Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, generating leads, and building strong client relationships to promote and sell the company’s real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Manage and guide the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
Generate leads through various channels such as site visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Ensure proper follow-up with potential buyers and convert leads into sales.
Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management on sales performance.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for project promotions and campaigns.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the sales process.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the real estate sector.

Qualification
