Job Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets. You will lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, and cultivate strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities-
1. Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
2. Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.
3. Prepare and send accurate and timely quotations to clients.
4. maintain relationship with corporate clients.
5. Conduct sales activities to acquire new clients and expand our customer base.
6. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
7. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management on a regular basis.
8. Identify and pursue potential leads through various channels, including networking events, and referrals.
9. Collaborate with relevant departments, including product development, customer service, and sales, to address client concerns and implement solutions.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Effective written and verbal communication skills
3. Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
