Sales Manager

 Achieve individual and team sales targets for rooms, banquets, MICE, and other hotel services.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, travel trade, and leisure segments.
 Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and accounts.
 Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, presentations, and negotiations to maximize conversions.
 Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to remain competitive.
 Suggest and implement promotional offers, seasonal packages, and loyalty programs to attract clients.
 Coordinate with front office, banquet, F&B, and reservations teams to ensure flawless guest experiences.
 Work closely with marketing for branding, promotions, and event planning.
 Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualification & Experience:
 Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
 3–6 years of proven sales experience in hotels or the hospitality industry.
 Strong communication and negotiation skills
 Client-focused approach and ability to close deals
