Channel: Project Channel Sales
Reporting to: Regional Sales Head / Business Head
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & develop new business opportunities in the •lighting segment•• through project-based sales.
Build & maintain strong relationships with •architects, consultants, builders, and project management companies••.
Follow up on leads for •Hublit Lighting products•• in commercial & residential infrastructure projects.
• Handle the complete sales cycle including mapping, negotiations, client presentations & closures.
• Track market trends, competitor analysis, & customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with design, operations & product teams for seamless project execution.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 2–5 years’ experience in B2B/Project Sales (Lighting Industry preferred).
Experience working with •architects, interior designers, and project consultants••.
Strong network in •Project Channel Sales••.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented & willing to travel within territory.
