Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Admin Manager
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives
Reports to: Founder

We are India’s leading practical accounting training institute. We teach Indian Accounting, GST, TDS, and job skills using AI tools. We have a center in Surat and also train students online. We also help job seekers connect with employers in finance and accounting.

Role Summary
We need a smart, responsible lady to manage sales and admin work from home. You will lead a small online team, handle calls, keep records, and make sure daily tasks are done. Your goal is to increase student enrollments and keep our admin work smooth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Team Work:

    • Lead a small online team.

    • Take a short daily meeting at 10:00 a.m.

    • Give tasks and check they are done on time.

    • Motivate the team to reach targets.

  • Calls & Leads:

    • Talk to students who are interested in our courses.

    • Make sure all leads are updated in our system (Odoo CRM).

    • Follow up with leads on time.

  • Admin & Records:

    • Keep payment and admission records correct.

    • Maintain reports in Google Sheets and CRM.

    • Prepare daily and weekly reports for the founder.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Suggest better ways to handle calls and data.

    • Fix small problems in team coordination.

Requirements

  • Around 1 or 1 + years of experience in sales, admin, telecalling, or similar work.

  • Must be confident in speaking Hindi (English is a plus).

  • Good at following up, managing a team, and keeping data updated.

  • Knows how to use CRM (Odoo preferred), Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.

  • Has own laptop/desktop with good internet. (We will give SIM for calls.)
