Key Responsibilities:
Drive regional business targets and ensure achievement of sales goals
Manage and oversee Branch Managers, Area Managers, and sales teams
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region
Build and strengthen distribution channels (Agency / Direct / Banca)
Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Recruit, train, and mentor team members across the region
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
