Job Description

    Oversee the sales process, including prospecting, presenting and demonstrating Edtech products, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. 

  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies, develop effective campaigns, provide market feedback, and ensure seamless customer delivery. 

  • Performance Analysis:

    Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results. 

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Manage customer interactions, maintain detailed records in CRM systems, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale. 

  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategy and product development.

  • Sales & Business Development: Expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and B2B sales. 

  • Communication & Presentation: Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to various stakeholders. 

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed strategic decisions. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and managing the sales pipeline. 

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the edtech landscape and its evolving market dynamics. 

  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
