Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving store sales, managing the sales team, achieving business targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and daily sales targets.

• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.

• Drive sales of mobile phones, accessories, and other products.

• Monitor store sales, conversion, billing, and product performance.

• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and visual merchandising.

• Coordinate with the Store Manager and management team regarding sales performance and business requirements.

• Train sales executives on product knowledge, offers, schemes, and selling techniques.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and operational standards.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

• Ensure proper handling of store assets, stock, and company property.

• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales performance reports.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, grooming, and professional conduct within the sales team.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile phones or consumer electronics.

• Prior experience in a Sales Manager / Team Leader role will be an advantage.
