Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the insurance sales team at the branch to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in individual and corporate insurance products.

Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure regular training for skill and product knowledge enhancement.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and claims departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure branch operations comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to regional leadership.
