Team Management

Lead and manage a team of Direct Sales Executives (DSEs).
Monitor daily sales activities and field performance.
Conduct regular review meetings and performance tracking.

2️⃣ Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Drive business through leads, walk-ins, and company-provided data.
Ensure productivity per executive.

3️⃣ Customer Acquisition

Generate new customers through field sales activities.
Promote insurance/financial products directly to customers.
Ensure quality business and proper documentation.

4️⃣ Training & Development

Train team on product knowledge and sales pitch.
Provide on-field coaching and joint sales calls.
Improve conversion ratio and closing skills.
