We are looking for passionate and self-driven Freelance Sales Managers to join our real estate sales and marketing efforts in Chennai. This role is ideal for individuals who are seeking flexible working hours with the opportunity to earn attractive commissions based on performance. As a freelancer, you will independently generate leads, handle client interactions, conduct site visits, and close sales, while representing our brand professionally.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate leads through self-sourced efforts including referrals, digital outreach, and field networking.
Engage with potential buyers, understand their property requirements, and suggest suitable project options.
Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients and present the project highlights effectively.
Handle end-to-end client communication, negotiations, and relationship management.
Close sales and ensure smooth coordination with the internal team for documentation and post-sale support.
Report weekly performance updates and maintain basic sales records.
Keep up-to-date with current real estate market trends, competitor activity, and local property developments.
Attend training or product briefings (online or in-person) as required.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred).
2-6+ years of experience in real estate or customer-facing roles. Freshers with good communication and interest in real estate sales are welcome.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and Tamil (knowledge of other local languages is a plus).
Willingness to work on-field in various parts of Chennai based on client needs.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
