Handle direct customer interactions for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and benefits clearly to potential clients.
Meet clients both at the office and at project/client locations as required.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales deals.
Maintain strong client relationships post-sale for referral and repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sales service.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Education: Any graduate (Sales/Marketing background preferred).
Experience:
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
Experienced candidates (up to 5 years) with real estate or direct sales experience preferred.
Good command of English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred for site visits).
