Key Responsibilities:
Primary Focus – Lead GenerationIdentify, source, and generate new leads across digital platforms.Run lead-generation campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and lead-gen platforms to build developer-network channels.Sales (B2B + D2C)Nurture developer leads across websites, WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls.Maintain strong relationships with all internal teams (e.g. payment, invoices, and order servicing).Aggressively close deals, meet conversion targets, and grow business.Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain relationships with developers and project leaders in identified regions.Understand and address client requirements, including customization and budget.Conduct market research on competitors and share insights with the leadership team.Maintain a strong offline and online network with relevant industry stakeholders.Client Retention and UpsellingMaintain relationships with clients and drive repeat business in identified regions.Share and discuss new proposals and products with existing clients.Manage customer feedback across platforms (e.g. Google, Instagram).Drive cross-sell, upsell, and client referrals via gifting, offers, or discount codesJob Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, MS Excel, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
