Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales & marketing team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Identify new market opportunities and expand business reach.
Prepare sales reports and present them to management.
Monitor performance, provide training, and ensure team efficiency.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred).
Experience: 2–5 years in Sales/Marketing (Education sector experience is a plus).

Strong ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is preferred.
