Job Description – Team Leader / Sales Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Badarpur (RPS Area)
Earning Model: Commission-Based + Team Incentives

Role Overview:
As a Team Leader, you will drive sales by leading a team of property consultants while also closing your own deals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales executives.
· Distribute leads, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement.
· Personally handle premium clients & high-value deals.
· Provide guidance in client negotiations & deal structuring.
· Build team culture based on performance and accountability.
Requirements:
Age: 30+ years.
Proven track record in Real Estate or Direct Sales.
Prior experience in leading a sales team is a plus.
Strong interpersonal & leadership skills.
Comfortable working on commission-based income.
