Job Summary:


Fiupgrade is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to manage a team of 10 Business Development Executives (BDEs). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a proven track record in driving sales, and experience in the EdTech sector. This is a remote position offering flexibility and long-term career growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 BDEs to achieve individual and team sales targets.


Track performance metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives.


Provide ongoing training, coaching, and motivation to the team.


Develop and implement sales strategies to drive consistent business growth.


Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.


Report sales performance and progress to senior management.


Maintain a strong and positive remote team culture focused on accountability and results.



Requirements:


Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or team leadership, preferably in the EdTech industry.


Proven experience in managing a BDE or sales team.


Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.


Target-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.


Comfortable working remotely and managing a distributed team.
