Job Description

Fine Orgokem Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with strong exposure to Resins, Specialty Chemicals, Paints & Coatings, Construction Chemicals, Adhesives, and CASE industries.

The candidate will be responsible for business development, key account management, market expansion, and technical-commercial sales of specialty chemical products.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities in Paints, Coatings, Construction Chemicals, Adhesives & Specialty Chemicals segment
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Promote resins, additives, specialty chemicals & industrial solutions
Handle technical-commercial discussions with customers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, manufacturers & industrial clients
Coordinate with production, dispatch & technical teams for smooth execution
Prepare sales reports, forecasts & business development plans
