The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting the company’s digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, SMM, Paid Ads, Web Development, and branding solutions. The role involves strategic planning, team coordination, and end-to-end sales cycle management.
Identify and acquire new clients requiring digital marketing services.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and encourage renewals and upselling.
Conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and performance discussions with clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals, pitch decks, and project estimates.
Handle contract negotiation, pricing discussions, and deal closure.
Collaborate with digital marketing, development, and creative teams to deliver commitments.
Ensure clear communication of client requirements to the internal delivery team.
Monitor ongoing project performance and ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain sales records and CRM documentation.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
Analyse campaign ROI and use insights to optimize sales strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
Proven experience in selling digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and work under target-driven environments.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Strong network within the digital marketing ecosystem.
Ability to think strategically and handle high-value clients.
