Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead IT product sales targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of SME business needs, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales cycle, and expanding market share for our IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential SME clients through market research, networking, and outbound sales initiatives.
Present, promote, and sell IT products and software solutions to new and existing SME customers.
Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from our product portfolio.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation and support teams.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and refine messaging for the SME segment.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
4–8 years of experience in B2B IT product sales, with a focus on SME clients.
Strong understanding of technology solutions such as SaaS, ERP, CRM, cloud services, or cybersecurity.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
