Your responsibilities will include:
1. Meeting sales targets and tracking progress.
2. Identifying upselling opportunities with existing clients.
3. Expanding business with current customers.
4. Building and maintaining strong client relationships (meetings, calls, emails).
5. Acquiring new sales and service accounts.
6. Scheduling client meetings.
7. Being the main point of contact for customers and our company.
8. Ensuring client retention and reviving lost accounts.
9. Following up on orders, dispatch, and payments.
10. Ensuring customer satisfaction.
You should have:
1. Any Graduate/Diploma OR Degree in Electrical, Electronics & Mechanical.
2. 1-2 years of proven sales experience (elevator background preferred).
3. Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
4. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce (a plus!).
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
6. A dynamic and disciplined approach.
