Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new

business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients in the Freight

Forwarding and Logistics industry. The candidate should have a strong understanding of

international logistics, customer acquisition, and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate new business through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and

client visits.

 Identify potential import/export customers and understand their logistics

requirements.

 Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Customs Clearance, Transportation,

and Warehousing services.

 Prepare competitive quotations in coordination with the Pricing/Operations

team.

 Negotiate rates and close profitable business deals.

 Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer

satisfaction.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams for smooth shipment

execution.

 Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and sales reports.

 Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer

requirements.

Required Skills

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Strong B2B sales and relationship management abilities.

 Good understanding of Freight Forwarding, Shipping, and Logistics.

 Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

 Proficiency in MS OƯice (Excel, Word, Outlook).

 CRM experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification

 Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related

field.

 Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

 Experience in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, Shipping Line, CHA, Logistics,

Courier, or Supply Chain industry.

 Existing customer network in Import/Export business is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 New customer acquisition.

 Monthly sales revenue.

 Gross Profit (GP) generation.

 Customer retention.

 Number of client meetings and sales conversions.
