Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Associate Manager to lead teams, drive business performance, and ensure operational excellence. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, people management, training & development, achieving business targets, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team to achieve organizational goals and business targets.

• Drive sales performance, productivity, and revenue growth.

• Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow management.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and groom team members for performance improvement.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

• Prepare and present business reports, MIS, and performance updates to management.

• Support management in implementing business expansion and growth initiatives.
