The advisor is responsible for driving enrolments, nurturing leads, and delivering a high-quality advisory experience that supports both student success and business growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to assess their educational and career aspirations.

• Provide clear, accurate, and personalized guidance on available programs, course structures, and career outcomes.

• Support applicants through the entire enrolment process—from initial inquiry to final registration.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion.

Maintain detailed records of student interactions, follow-ups, and status updates using CRM tools
