Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager who has a proven track record in the interior design product market, particularly in hardware and furniture sales. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, develop client relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders, and expand business opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail clients.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and drive revenue.
Promote and sell a wide range of interior design products, modular furniture, kitchen hardware, and decorative fittings.
Handle B2B and B2C sales for both retail and project-based customers.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.
Coordinate with the design and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Regularly report sales metrics, feedback, and forecasts to senior management.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
5+ years of sales experience in the interior design, hardware, or furniture industry.
Strong network with interior designers, architects, or project developers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities with experience managing a sales team.
In-depth product knowledge of hardware, modular fittings, and designer furniture.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
