Sales Manager

We are looking for a sales manager to join our team at Derma Defyn to provide beauty treatments, such as hairstyling/ makeup/ facials/ hair removal/ manicures/pedicures. The responsibility also includes recommending suitable skin therapies and managing client appointments. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹40000 and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers upon arrival and assist with bookings.

• Follow client’s preference and recommend skin and hair services

• Maintain client records and manage inventory.

• Promote relevant skin products and services.

• Make sure the working area is clean and equipment is sterilized at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with skin care therapies like peeling etc., and knowledge of hair removal techniques is a must. In this role, you will ensure that the clients receive high-quality personalized aesthetic services. A degree in , Cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.
