Job Summary
Derma Defyn Clinic is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our clinic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, managing patient counselling and sales operations, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience across our skin, hair, and aesthetic services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the clinic sales and counselling team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Monitor daily leads, consultations, follow-ups, and conversions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase patient acquisition and retention.
Train and coach counsellors on consultation techniques, objection handling, and closing skills.
Ensure prompt follow-up with enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
Track sales performance using reports and KPIs, and implement improvement plans where needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize campaign performance and lead quality.
Build long-term relationships with patients through excellent service and communication.
Ensure accurate documentation, CRM updates, and compliance with clinic processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic, cosmetic surgery, wellness, healthcare, or luxury service industry is preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
