Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in corporates, SMEs, agencies, and institutions for printing and packaging solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Lead the sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met on time with quality output.
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
