Job Brief

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Professional to act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. You will be responsible for marketing listings, advising clients on market conditions, and providing a seamless experience from initial consultation to the final closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Advisory: Consult with clients to understand their property needs, financial goals, and timeline.

  • Property Marketing: Create and manage property listings on MLS and social media; host open houses and private tours.

  • Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis (CMA) to estimate property values and provide accurate pricing advice.

  • Negotiation: Act as a lead negotiator for purchase offers, ensuring favorable terms and prices for your clients.

  • Transaction Management: Coordinate with lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys to ensure all legal and financial paperwork is completed accurately.

  • Lead Generation: Proactively network and prospect for new buyer and seller leads to maintain a consistent pipeline.

  • Licensure: Active [State/Region] Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and "people" skills; able to build trust quickly.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work independent hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
