Job Description

Job Title: Real Estate Sales manager

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 2–4 Years (only Realestate background)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for real estate projects
Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers
Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into sales
Maintain client database and sales reports
Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business
Coordinate with marketing and management teams

Requirements:

Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Confident personality and presentable appearance
Ability to work on targets and incentives
Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
Local area knowledge is a plus
