Sales Manager – Profile JD

Position Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of organizational sales targets. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
