Key Responsibilities:
• Virtual Sales: Engage with potential clients through virtual channels (phone, email, video calls, etc.) to
generate and convert sales leads.
• Lead Conversion: Identify and qualify leads, understand customer needs, and convert them into sales
opportunities.
• Sales Process Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads, track the sales process, and
ensure follow-ups to close deals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to
enhance retention and encourage repeat business.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline to
report on performance.
• Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Bathxpertz's products and services to effectively
address customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions.
Preferred Experience:
• B2C Sales Experience: Prior experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, especially in virtual or
remote settings.
• Virtual Sales Expertise: Proven success in sales conducted through virtual platforms such as video
calls, phone calls, and online communication tools.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the Real Estate, Edtech, Interior Designing, or Furnishing
industries is highly preferred.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with
potential clients effectively.
• Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to close deals and negotiate terms to benefit both the company and
