Location: Hyderabad / Ahmedabad / Kolkata / Mumbai/Bengaluru Salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annumExperience: 5–7 years (Retail Sales & Marketing)Education: MBA (Preferred)About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our retail sales operations in the assigned region. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in achieving aggressive sales targets, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with channel partners and retail customers.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.- Develop and implement strategies to increase retail sales and market penetration.- Drive product adoption and ensure strong brand presence in the market.Channel & Retail Management- Manage and grow retail partners, distributors, and channel networks.- Conduct regular market visits to monitor partner performance and ensure retail availability.- Resolve channel issues and provide continuous support to ensure smooth operations.Business Development- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand business.- Execute promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and sales initiatives.Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team (if applicable).- Conduct sales training sessions for channel & retail staff.Reporting & Analysis- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasting, and performance dashboards.- Track competitor activities and market trends and provide insights to management.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong experience in Retail Sales & Marketing (minimum 5–7 years).- Proven track record of achieving aggressive targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.- Good knowledge of regional markets and retail ecosystem.Education- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).Work Location- Open positions in: Hyderabad / Ahmedabad / Kolkata / Mumbai
