Lead and manage end-to-end sales activities for the assigned project.
Generate and follow up on leads through various channels including site visits, online platforms, and referrals.
Conduct property presentations, explain project details, and convert leads into closures.
Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and channel partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation, booking, and handover processes.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in local language(s) and English is preferred.
Must be open to fieldwork and flexible work hours based on client availability.
