Key Responsibilities: • Operations Strategy & Planning o Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production, cost, and quality targets. o Plan, schedule, and oversee daily manufacturing activities to ensure timely delivery. • Production & Quality Management o Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements. o Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. o Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for all production equipment. • Supply Chain & Inventory Control o Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and consumables. o Optimize inventory levels to reduce costs and prevent shortages or overstocking. • Team Leadership & Development o Lead, train, and motivate the operations team for peak performance. o Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and innovation. • Compliance & Reporting o Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental norms, and industry certifications. o Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
