JOB DESCRIPTION – EXPORT SALES MANAGER

Location: Mumbai – Virar West
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Experience: 5+ Years – Pharmaceutical Export Sales Only
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Sales Manager to manage and expand our pharmaceutical export business. The candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical export sales, international client handling, business development, and achieving export sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to increase pharmaceutical export sales.
Identify and develop new international markets and customers.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients.
Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders, and follow-ups with overseas customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Regulatory Affairs, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements in international markets.
Manage distributors, agents, and international business partners.
Ensure timely follow-up for payments and outstanding receivables.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market-development plans for management.
Travel internationally when required for customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development.
Required Skills
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Pharmaceutical Export Sales only.
Strong knowledge of international pharmaceutical markets and export business processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong international client-handling and business-development abilities.
Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
Good knowledge of export documentation and coordination with regulatory/logistics teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
Educational Qualification
B.Pharma / M.Pharma preferred.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced Pharmaceutical Export Sales professional with a proven track record of developing international business and achieving sales targets.
