We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will represent the company, focusing on discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, email, and social media marketing.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations and demonstrations of our products and services.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate deals and contracts while addressing complaints or objections to finalize sales.
- Market Research: Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to enhance our offerings.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Market Analysis: Experience in customer development within the animal, poultry, and aqua feed industry is essential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Sales Executive in the agriculture industry.
- Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Strong rural market knowledge with proven channel development experience and the ability to travel extensively in rural markets.
- Education: Any graduate.
