Aapke paas sales, customer service, aur operational management mein experience hona chahiye.*Key Responsibilities:*- *Sales and Customer Service:* Retail outlet mein sales badhana, customer satisfaction ensure karna, aur customer feedback collect karna.- *Operational Management:* Outlet ki daily operations manage karna, staff ko train aur manage karna, aur inventory management karna.- *Marketing and Promotion:* Marketing strategies develop karna aur promotional activities organize karna.- *Team Management:* Outlet ke staff ko lead karna, unhe train karna, aur unka performance evaluate karna.*Requirements:*- *Experience:* Sales, customer service, aur operational management mein minimum 2-3 years ka experience.- *Skills:* Strong communication aur interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, aur basic computer knowledge.- *Education:* Graduation in any field.
