Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and accountability.
Make sales and marketing calls to customers and coordinate meetings, demos, and other sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and System Integrators.
Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals effectively.
Update all sales activities, communications, and data on Zoho (CRM) platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
Analyze regional market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues throughout the sales process.
Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to senior management.
Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring the regional sales team.
Qualifications:
Proficient in basic English communication and at least one regional language (Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Telugu).
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Zoho.
