Job Summary
Sales Manager – Real Estate will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve business targets across residential and commercial real estate projects in Gurugram. The role involves team management, sales execution, client handling, developer coordination, and process compliance, ensuring consistent revenue growth and high customer satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives and channel partners.
Assign targets and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and discipline
2. Sales Execution (Residential & Commercial)
Drive sales for residential apartments, villas, plotted developments, office spaces, retail, and SCO projects.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead allocation to deal closure.
Support the team in closing high-value and complex transactions.
Ensure achievement of revenue and booking targets.
3. Client Relationship Management
Handle key clients including HNIs, investors, corporates, and NRIs.
Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
Maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Ensure high standards of customer experience and service delivery.

4. Developer & Channel Partner Coordination
Coordinate with developers for inventory management, pricing updates, and scheme communication.
Participate in project launches, channel partner meets, and sales briefings.
Ensure smooth execution of bookings, documentation, and registrations.

5. Marketing & Lead Management Support
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead management through CRM.

6. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all transactions are compliant with HRERA and company policies.
Oversee proper documentation including KYC, application forms, allotment letters, and agreements.
Maintain accurate records and reports in CRM systems.
