  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Generate new business opportunities through leads, references, networking, and market activities.

  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.

  • Drive revenue through residential and commercial real estate projects.

  • Track the complete sales funnel from Lead → Calling → Site Visit → Follow-up → Negotiation → Booking.
