• Show property sites and explain project details.

• Source new leads through calls, field visits, and referrals.

• Assist in closing deals and guiding clients through the booking process.

• Maintain daily reports and achieve assigned targets.

• Coordinate with the marketing and site teams.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

• Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.

  • Basic knowledge of real estate.

  • Comfortable with calls, follow-ups, and sourcing leads.

  • Must be motivated and target-oriented.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
