Recruit qualified and high-potential insurance advisors/agents from the market.

Conduct interviews, onboarding, and licensing support for new advisors.

Ensure early activation of newly recruited agents within defined timelines.

Drive sales of health insurance products to meet or exceed targets.

Monitor agent productivity and provide necessary support to improve performance.

Track daily sales activities and maintain MIS/reporting.
