Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

• Set sales targets and monitor performance.

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

2. Client Management & Negotiation

• Build relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.

• Address customer queries and close deals effectively.

3. Marketing & Branding

• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, advertisements, and events.

• Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis.

• Enhance the brand image of the high-rise project.

4. Sales Team Leadership

• Train and mentor the sales team to improve performance.

• Monitor individual and team progress.

• Organize regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Analyse competitors and industry trends.

• Provide insights to improve sales tactics and project positioning.

• Identify key selling points and unique features of the property.
