• Achieve sales targets for elevators, escalators, and modernization projects.

• Identify new business opportunities with builders, contractors, and consultants.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.

• Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals and presentations.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.

• Coordinate with installation and service teams for project handover.
